Visit Kanazawa Castle, which is surrounded by a plethora of museums including the 21st Century Museum, Ishikawa Prefectural Museum of History, and D.T. Suzuki Museum.

Stop by Omicho Market, a 7-minute walk from home, where you will find Kanazawa’s famous fresh and grilled seafood. Or, in the Korinbo downtown district accessible by the Kanazawa Loop Bus, you will find other Kanazawa specialties such as melt-in-your-mouth Noto-gyu premium steak and satisfying Kanazawa curry.
